What The BoD Does:

Sets Strategic Priorities – Board members evaluate and approve new initiatives, partnerships, and policies to further our impact.
Oversees Financial Health – They ensure transparent budgeting and responsible resource allocation to maintain long-term sustainability.
Upholds Our Mission – By design, we operate as a nonprofit committed to independence and public trust; the Board safeguards these core values.

How The BoD Works:

Regular Meetings: The Board convenes on a monthly schedule to discuss key proposals, review financials, and vote on major decisions.
Transparent Governance: All critical decisions are documented and shared, reflecting our commitment to accountability and openness.

How The BoA Works:

Biannual Meetings: The full Advisory Board meets twice a year to review our progress, discuss challenges, and provide strategic feedback. Each meeting is preceded by a concise report highlighting key developments and financials.
Ongoing Collaboration: Between meetings, advisors may hold one-on-one check-ins with team members to address specific areas of expertise.
Transparency & Independence: We are a nonprofit to ensure our incentives remain aligned with our students and supporters. We uphold financial and operational transparency so that no one questions our motives or ability to serve the public good.
